Our History

The Consol story runs deep on Oak Hill Avenue, where neighbors still talk about thin crust pies, paper wrapped takeout, and Sunday dinners that feel like home. What began as a long-running local tradition grew into a dining room where new guests sit beside regulars who have been ordering the same favorites for years.
Today the kitchen stays focused on the same priorities that guided our family in 1946: fresh ingredients, careful preparation, and honest hospitality. We want the room to feel relaxed, the plates to arrive hot from the line, and the service to stay personal. If you have a question about a dish or a special request for your table, ask us. We are glad to help.
